Service Type:
  • Don't just go to Church but BE the CHURCH.
  • We are here helping each other get energy for life, we're honoring God by meeting together to honor Him. But this is not the life of the Church. It is who you are at your job, how you serve neighbours.
  • The 4 solid pillars of Church Life: The Word, Worship, Fellowship and Finance. These are fundamental building blocks.
  • The Global church cannot be seen, so God created local churches as is Glyfada Christian Center.
  • Today we are very individualistic, and we get a self-centered view of our relationship with the church.
  • We want the eternal life. When the Holy Spirit starts to show us our sins, we fight against that revelation. We choose which verses suit us.
  • We often don't get the promises in the Bible and we hold God accountable for this. Like if I'm tithing, I should prosper. God is not an accountant, but He looks at us wholistically, how we live completely. We want to focus on character; what does God want from us - maturity.
  • At Pentecost God told 100 people to change the world. We need revelation from God. Love for God's Word, worship, fellowship and financial participation in the Church.
  • God made Jesus Lord, as Peter preached. All asked what must we do? Peter said repent and be baptized in Jesus. and you will receive the Holy Spirit.
  • The basis of all is Jesus. Shout Jesus everywhere and to everyone. Make Him the Foundation of your life.
  • 3000 were converted that day and miracles happened. But we should not seek the gifts but seek the giver.
  • Firstly we must hear the Word. We are cleansed by hearing the word.
  • Secondly Worshipping and Prayer in spirit and in truth. Pray to God about everything and thank Him for all He has done. We pray together for one another.
  • Thirdly the fellowship of believers. Prioritize relationships with other believers.
  • Fourthly material participation in the church and the Kingdom. Your treasure does not follow your heart but your heart follows your treasure. God doesn't ask about the amount but about your heart.
