Come, Lord Jesus, Come

1. Good morning. Are you all good? Men, Hallelujah. So glad to be with you all today. I’m always glad when I come back to Glyfada. I think pastors Gail and Brian are making a habit out of this. I would like to share with you on from what Pastor Gail was teaching you last time. And I know, you’ve been talking about reaching everyone, and what times we are living in right now, right? And what a time to be alive on earth at this time to experience all this. The last 4 years are feeling very unreal you know. And yet the Lord has prepared us for what is happening right now, through the Bible. Do you know what He said about what is taking place right now? He said look up, because I’m coming again.
2. So, today we have much hope, and today in this time that we’re living in, I have a prophetic declaration – it’s not really prophetic, because it’s in the Bible, or just a good declaration. Let’s get into the Word. So, it’s time for us to look up. It’s time for the church to do two things, at this time, look up and then look down again. So, when we look up, we connect with what heaven is doing right now. And there is a cry right now in Heaven, and that sound right now, it’s getting closer and closer and it gets louder as the time goes by. That sound, is a sound that was always there, after the day of Pentecost, that sound was there. And that sound is crying out, that the Spirit and the Bride say come.
3. The Spirit, but there’s also the Bride. The Bride part is our part, and right now we’re looking up, and God is expecting something from the Greek Bride at this moment. And I’m talking about everybody who has placed their foot in this land, and He’s expecting something from His people in this land at this moment. This season, God is expecting your cry to Him. So, at this moment, God is expecting you to cry out to Him, and to say, ‘Come, come Lord Jesus, we need you like never before. Come’. The Spirit and the Bride today cry out, ‘Come’. And as we cry that, as we say that, the sound from the Bride must become more intense. Because, right now before the throne of God, this sound becomes more and more intense. And if we want to ‘do on earth as it is in Heaven’, then we must get more intense in our cry right now. The Greek Bride’s sound is about to burst out from the ground right now. And we should be bold about it. We should be bold to release our sound. To not keep that sound just to ourselves, but to be willing to release that sound to all the earth.
4. So, we’re going to look up, and cry out and say like never again, ‘Come Lord Jesus. The Bride and the Spirit say come’. And when we do that, we start to become one with what Heaven is saying and doing. And when that happens, you get the heart of God. When you actually get into the presence of God and you connect with what Heaven is saying. You receive what God wants. You get to hear the Father’s heartbeat. And now, that will make you from looking up, to looking down, and see the harvest fields. And we use this verse again and again now, it’s the verse that says, ‘The Harvest is ripe and white, but there are no workers. Pray for the workers to come out’. And when we hear that verse, our reaction most of the time is, ‘We pray, Oh Lord, send the workers’. But because the Bible is personal, when I understand the heart of God, to have workers in the fields that are ready, I put that Scripture into practice. So, when I understand, there are no workers, I go out in the fields. And as I go out, I take my place and I do what God tells me to do, I also cry out, because then I realize, that wow, the harvest is plentiful, then I see that the workers are too few with us, and I say, ‘Lord send more workers with us’. It’s time, I won’t say, ‘Look down’, I’ll say, ‘Look up and look straight’ and take your place in the harvest of the end times.
5. Today I’m going to give you 3 to 4 points, that could be sermons. But right now, we look at the harvest and take our place in these times, because, listen, in these times that we’re living in, even bringing one person to Christ, it is very, very critical. Because the times are running, and the events are taking place very quickly. I think you all know in this room what is going on right now in the world. And we were warned about these things. And we cannot live the way we used to live, because if right now I only think about the material things in my life, I’ll get very stressed and very frustrated. But if I start to think about things above, I’ll see the Lord about to take me with Him.
6. Last year, on 15^th August, I saw a dream. And I was ministering in our church the next day on Wednesday, but if you have stayed more than a year in Greece, you’ll know that on the 15^th August, nobody is in the cities. So, I had received that dream the day before, it was beating inside of me and I was like thinking that probably this is going to be the emptiest service of the year. And in that dream, our baby had just been born and was one month old, and I saw that we were in a house, and we were celebrating the second son that came, and my grandfather was also there, who had actually passed away 3 months earlier. We were celebrating and it was just a normal day life doing normal things. And then out of nowhere, there was a disturbance outside the house. I saw Jesus going up into the clouds. And there were people dressed in white; they were going in a way that you couldn’t describe in a human way. They were going onto all the balconies, opening the doors, and they were taking us with them. I heard the Lord speaking to me, and He said, ‘It’s time’. And I said, ‘Lord, no, he’s so young, I didn’t actually see my children grow’. But He said, ‘I know, but there is no time left’. And we all followed the angels outside.
7. So, we think sometimes, oh yeah, it’s ok but the time is moving quickly, and this is good news. So, if I look at my family, and I say, oh, I want to do this and that, and I get stressed. But if I look up, I realize that this is not an earth I want to live on in the next years. I want to be with Jesus, Amen. So, now we get to the hard part, of what is going on and why we need everyone.
8. But I would like to quickly touch on another point. If I’m going to do this; if I’m going to get into the harvest field, I cannot do it without the Holy Spirit. You see the Holy Spirit wasn’t given to us, only to prophecy, or for our own personal life. The purpose of the Holy Spirit is not miracles and prophecies. That’s the way the Holy Spirit works to do His actual job. Because, when Scripture tells us that when we receive that power, we will need to become witnesses in Samaria and the ends of the earth. Through the Holy Spirit, I can be transformed, but I did not receive just for me. I have received the Holy Spirit, so that the Great Commission can be accomplished on the earth. And see, yes, when we have the Holy Spirit, we can do things we could never do before. And even your life, your personal life will change, because of the Holy Spirit working inside of you. Your weaknesses and struggles, yes, the Holy Spirit will work them through. But even when the Holy Spirit works in you to change you, it was never about you! Because what He loves to do, His favorite thing to do, is to point Jesus. So, when He changes you, it’s not for your glory, but for His glory. It’s not for you to feel better, but it’s for you to become who God intended you to be. Why? So, you can be a witness in Samaria and in the ends of the earth. So, I would not be who I am without the Holy Spirit today. I would not be secure enough and relaxed enough, if I can use that word, to be preaching up here, or speaking to someone in the street.
9. I am Peter, and I’m actually living like Peter in the Bible. Before the Holy Spirit I would have been very ashamed, but with the Holy Spirit I can do things I never thought I could do. It was like Petere in the Bible, before the Holy Spirit, ‘Are you friends with Jesus?’ ‘I don’t know the guy’. No, and then on the third time, he was asked, he also started cursing, the Bible says. That guy, on the day of Pentecost, stood up on a high place, and said, ‘The Jesus you crucified, He did this, He did the Day of Pentecost’. So, on the Day of Pentecost, he became a little lamb he became a lion. I’m not a guy who could very easily go up to a guy and say, ‘Hey, you know, can I pray for you’, or whatever. But when I am filled with the Holy Spirit, it’s no longer I but Him. It’s no longer I, what I want to do, but what He can do through me. So, we need the Holy Spirit. When I say, ‘We’ I mean, ‘You personally sitting here’, I mean, ‘the Churches in Greece, in Europe, in all the earth’. There is no time to waste, to do this without the Holy Spirit, because the Holy Spirit is the greatest evangelist that there ever is. So, we need Him to do the Great Commission.
10. So, let’s go back to the times we’re living in right now in the Great Commission. I don’t know if you have noticed this, but for many years, many churches tried to explain the book of Revelation and end times and all this mystery there. So many theologians, so many teachings, so many e-books about all of this. Theologians still cannot explain all the Book of Revelation. But now as we see the Book of Revelation walking by us, there’s something weird, the Gospel becomes simpler. Because as we go more into the end times, believe me you will be as simple as you can be. Jesus loves you and in Him we have eternal life. That’s all that people will need to hear in a few years.
11. Do you believe that for you personally? Do you believe you have eternal life in Jesus? Amen, Amen. So, it’s clear what’s going on, this is the end times. It has been the end times since the Day of Pentecost. But one of the signs that we see getting more and more intense, is that love is getting cold, and hatred is getting really, really warm. We see now a huge war that is taking place in the Middle East, which is all based on hatred. And I want to say something about all the Arab world right now. Of course, I stand with Israel, I love Israel with all my heart, but the Arab world basically the Bible, tells us that there was a son called Ishmael, and that son was thrown out of Israel. The hatred began. But there is a message for Ishmael today, because that relationship has been restored. And I have a cry in my heart these last weeks, that’s getting more and more intense. And that cry is, ‘Ishamel it’s time you come home’. It’s time Ishmael comes home, because the Father is waiting. And I’m praying right now for all the people that are being affected, because they are all children of God. Even the hard-core Islamists, they also need Jesus.
12. So, turbulence is here. Hatred is here. And it seems like it will only get worse and worse in the world. But, but, and this is a declaration the Lord put in my heart for this house for what is happening today – Love will win – in the end Love always wins. And you might be saying, ‘What is happening, where is the Lord in all of this?’ The Lord will stand up with a roar, like a lion, and Love will win. He will win over hatred.
13. O Friday, we came two days earlier to see the in-laws, and for the kids to see their grandparents, and we went to the beautiful Attica Zoo. And I waited so much to see the lions, I love lions. And when I got there, they were sleeping. It was early afternoon and it was the only time we had. And I have seen a documentary that says, that lions sleep most of the month. They sleep for about three weeks, I mean not continuously, just laying around, and do nothing for three weeks. Then they get up, they chase, for about a week, they try to get a meal, they eat, and then they’re full for the next month.
14. So, sometimes, we think that the Lion of the Tribe of Judah is doing nothing. But I believe He’s just resting. He’s about to get up. And with one roar, Love will win, and we need to be baptized in love this season. And I want to close with a calling in your life, because I sensed as I was praying, that there are people here that need to forgive other people in their lives. Many of us say, I forgave them, but I just don’t want to see them again. I don’t want to talk to them, I don’t want to be around them, but I forgave them. You see what bitterness does, is that when you get hurt, bitterness comes. And if you don’t get rid of it, the Bible says, it starts growing roots, and what happens is on your roots, you have bitterness that’s sticking to your roots.
15. So, now we think that bitterness is a natural response, and because we don’t see those roots anymore that have stuck, we justify it. And what happens now is that two foundations are become more and more one. And we think that, I forgave you but I never want to see you again. Then the next person comes, and what happens is, when they do the same behavior or reaction as the previous person did, we think it’s perfectly OK, to put also put him aside and have the same reaction. And we say, ‘I don’t like these kinds of people.’ If my bitterness becomes my natural response, if I don’t get rid of it quickly. And actually, as I was preparing yesterday, the Lord reminded me about two people, that I forgave a long time ago, but I said I don’t want to see them. But you see the antidote to bitterness, is forgiveness, and forgiveness doesn’t mean, that what they did to you, was right; no. Forgiveness, doesn’t mean that it excuses or justifies the actions. Even if they actually repented or not, from their actions, it has nothing to do about them. Forgiveness, sets you free. You are set free when you forgive. Now the next time other see those two people, I let the bitterness off of them, I won’t look angrily at them, I won’t try to avoid them at all cost, but I will receive the love of Jesus. And I know that they have not repented, and what they did was very wrong, but I want to be free.
16. So, I’m closing with this, ‘Forgive, those who hurt you. Get full of the love of Christ.’ Believe me it can get much worse than it is. And as you receive the love of God, you will be free. No matter what people do to you, get rid of bitterness today. When you wear bitterness, it’s like walking around with a bad perfume, nobody will want to hang around you. Amen
17. Let’s stand and give 4 minutes to Holy Spirit. We praise You. Lord, I release Your people in the Love of God today. Lord, I release Your people today in peace, that they may go out in peace. That they look at the things above and not the earthly things. That they will take their place in history right now. And I pray that they will release their sound in this time in history. In the name of Jesus.
18. If you are someone that needs to forgive somebody today, and maybe that’s even yourself. Hold each other’s hands, can we hold our hands together, and just pray. And if you’re bold enough to say, ‘I need to forgive people’, you can pray for one another. I want us to pray for one another and I want us to release our sound today. Thank You for the love of God, thank You for the love of Jesus. Thank You for the cross. Thank You because You love us and You don’t hate us. Spirit of love cover this room, in the Name of Jesus.
19. Can you now release a sound, if you’re baptized in the Holy Spirit, open your mouth and start releasing a sound. You can sing or pray in tongues, you can sing, there’s no problem, lift your voice. Come on now, a bold Church today, let boldness release the power of the Almighty. The veil has been torn, and now we have boldness to enter the presence of Jesus. There is no more condemnation, you can enter the presence of the Lord. Come on, this is a time of ministry, the Lord is here. Lord, we give You glory, come on 2 more minutes, we give You glory. There is no one like Jesus. You can enter the presence of God today. There is freedom and no condemnation, to enter the presence of God. You are accepted by God today, with the blood of Jesus.
20. There is someone here, someone in this place, who needs to forgive his father, your father was abusive, but God says forgive him. You can ask, ‘Why; I cannot forgive this bad man’. But I’m telling you, it’s not about him, or his actions, it’s God wants to set you free today.
21. There is also someone here today, that has been abused in the workplace. And you have been badly abused in many situations. God says forgive them; I will do justice for you. You see that’s the problem, when we try to get justice ourselves, we receive only what men can receive. But when we leave the revenge to the Lord, we receive what all of Heaven can do. In the name of Jesus.
22. Also, there are some people here today, that need healing, they have problems in teir digestive system, and you need healing. If you want to receive prayer, I don’t want to go past our time, but please come very quickly, in a line and let’s pray really quickly. And if there is anything else that you want the Lord to do, I’m inviting you today, come forward as fast as we can. As you come forth, I want us to release the sound one more time, I want us to pray. And I want us to raise our voices to the Lord. I know we don’t have instruments, but we will be an instrument today.
23. Come on, lift your voices and say Hallelujah.
